Anti-Ubiquitin specific peptidase 11 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene USP11 in humans. The gene may also be known as UHX1, ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 11, and deubiquitinating enzyme 11. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 109.8 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
