Anti-LENG1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein leukocyte receptor cluster member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 264 amino acid residues and a mass of 30.5 kDa. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the bronchus and fallopian tube. Synonyms for this target antigen include leukocyte receptor cluster (LRC) member 1. LENG1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the LENG1 antibodies listed below. Flow Cytometry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
