Anti-RBMXP1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The RBMXP1 antigen is another term for the human protein RNA binding motif protein X-linked, encoded by the RBMX gene. The protein is reported to be a RNA-binding protein that plays several role in the regulation of pre- and post-transcriptional processes. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 391 residues and a mass of 42.3 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and it is noted to be expressed strongly in oral keratinocytes, but only weakly detected in oral squamous cell carcinomas. Indicated applications for RBMXP1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence.
