POC7, or Unc-119 lipid binding chaperone, is a human gene encoded by UNC119. It may also be known as: Protein unc-119 homolog A; Retinal protein 4; hRG4 centriolar protein homolog A (Chlamydomonas); IMD13A; unc-119 homolog (C. elegans). The encoded protein has an amino acid length of 240 and a mass of 27.0 kDa. POC7 is a member of the PDE6D/unc-119 family. Homologs of this gene exist in other organisms, including: Mouse, Fly, Rat, Zebrafish, Frog, Chicken.
