Anti-Asrij antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Asrij antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the OCIAD1 gene, which encodes OCIA domain containing 1. This protein is known to function in endocytosis and the regulation of cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of Asrij has a canonical amino acid length of 245 residues and a protein mass of 27.6 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the endosome of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as OCIA. Indicated applications for Asrij antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
