Anti-GPR125 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target GPR125 is a known alias name of the protein adhesion G protein-coupled receptor A3, encoded by the ADGRA3 gene in humans. This 1321-amino acid residue protein is reported to be an orphan receptor that may have a role in planar cell polarity pathway. It is localized to the membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. Indicated applications for GPR125 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
