Anti-KBTBD12 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein kelch repeat and BTB domain containing 12. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 623 amino acid residues and a mass of 71.1 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include kelch domain containing 6, kelch domain-containing protein 6, kelch repeat and BTB (POZ) domain containing 12, and kelch repeat and BTB domain-containing protein 12. KBTBD12 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These KBTBD12 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
