Anti-PSIP 1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PSIP 1 is a known alias name of the protein PC4 and SRSF1 interacting protein 1, encoded by the PSIP1 gene in humans. This 530-amino acid residue protein is known to be a transcriptional coactivator involved in neuroepithelial stem cell differentiation and neurogenesis. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for PSIP 1 include DFS70, DFS70, and LEDGF. Indicated applications for PSIP 1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry.
