Anti-MTMR10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein myotubularin related protein 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 777 amino acid residues and a mass of 88.3 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the Protein-tyrosine phosphatase protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include inactive phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphatase 10. MTMR10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the MTMR10 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
