Anti-OR10K1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 10 subfamily K member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 313 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 10K1 and olfactory receptor OR1-6. ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence are common applications for OR10K1 antibodies.
