Anti-H2AFJ antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target H2AFJ is a known alias name of the protein H2A.J histone, encoded by the H2AJ gene in humans. This 129-amino acid residue protein is an important component of nucleosome. It is localized to the nucleus and chromosomes of the cell and features ubiquitinated, acetylated and phosphorylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Western Blot is a widely used application for the H2AFJ antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
