Anti-OR11A1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 11 subfamily A member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 315 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include OR11A2, dJ994E9.6, hs6M1-18, olfactory receptor 11A1, olfactory receptor 11A2, and 6M1-18. OR11A1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the OR11A1 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
