Anti-SBNO2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein strawberry notch homolog 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1366 amino acid residues and a mass of 150.3 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in macrophages. A member of the SBNO protein family, SBNO2 is known to act as a transcriptional coregulator, that can have both coactivator and corepressor functions. Synonyms for this target antigen include KIAA0963 and SNO. SBNO2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the SBNO2 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
