Anti-NOLA3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NOLA3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the NOP10 gene, which encodes NOP10 ribonucleoprotein. This protein is known to be required for ribosome biogenesis and telomere maintenance. The human version of NOLA3 has a canonical amino acid length of 64 residues and a protein mass of 7.7 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. NOLA3 is a member of the NOP10 protein family.
