Anti-OR5V1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 5 subfamily V member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 321 amino acid residues and a mass of 36.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 5V1 and olfactory receptor OR6-26. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR5V1 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
