Anti-coronin 2A antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the CORO2A gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 525 amino acid residues and a mass of 59.8 kDa. A member of the WD repeat coronin protein family, it is known to be involved with intracellular signal transduction. Other names for this target antigen include IR10, WDR2, WD protein IR10, WD repeat-containing protein 2, WD-repeat protein 2, and CLIPINB.
