Anti-OR52H1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 52 subfamily H member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 320 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor OR11-41 pseudogene, olfactory receptor OR11-45, and olfactory receptor 52H1. OR52H1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse and rat species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the OR52H1 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
