Anti-CRFBP antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CRFBP antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CRHBP gene, which encodes corticotropin releasing hormone binding protein. This protein is known to function in TNF-mediated cellular signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of CRFBP has a canonical amino acid length of 322 residues and a protein mass of 36.1 kilodaltons. It is reported to be a secreted protein that is notably expressed in the testis. This target antigen may also be known as CRF-BP. Indicated applications for CRFBP antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
