Anti-C10orf10 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The C10orf10 antigen is another term for the human protein DEPP autophagy regulator 1, encoded by the DEPP1 gene. The protein is known to act as a critical modulator of FOXO3-induced autophagy via increased cellular ROS. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 212 residues and a mass of 23.4 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the mitochondria and cytoplasm and it is reported to be expressed in various tissues, including pancreas, placenta, ovary, testis and kidney.
