Anti-HIGD1B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein HIG1 hypoxia inducible domain family member 1B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 99 amino acid residues and a mass of 11.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. The HIGD1B marker can be used to identify Lung Pericytes.* Synonyms for this target antigen include CLST11240-15, HIG1 domain family member 1B, and CLST11240. HIGD1B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog and chimpanzee species. Some HIGD1B antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Immunofluorescence is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
