Anti-FBXL14 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein F-box and leucine rich repeat protein 14. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 418 amino acid residues and a mass of 45.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include F-box/LRR-repeat protein 14. FBXL14 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some FBXL14 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
