Anti-KHNYN antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein KH and NYN domain containing. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 678 amino acid residues and a mass of 74.5 kDa. It is a member of the N4BP1 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include KIAA0323 and protein KHNYN. KHNYN gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Some KHNYN antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
