Anti-EID-1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target EID-1 is a known alias name of the protein EP300 interacting inhibitor of differentiation 1, encoded by the EID1 gene in humans. This 187-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the cell cycle and cell differentiation, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell and features ubiquitinated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Indicated applications for EID-1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence.
