Anti-CIN85 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The CIN85 antigen is another term for the human protein SH3 domain containing kinase binding protein 1, encoded by the SH3KBP1 gene. The protein is known to be an adapter protein involved in regulating diverse signal transduction pathways. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 665 residues and a mass of 73.1 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane, cytoplasmic vesicles, and cytoplasm and it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other alias names for CIN85 include AGMX2 and CD2BP3. Indicated applications for CIN85 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
