Anti-C11orf68 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein chromosome 11 open reading frame 68. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 292 amino acid residues and a mass of 31.4 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the UPF0696 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include basophilic leukemia expressed protein BLES03, basophilic leukemia-expressed protein Bles03, protein p5326, and UPF0696 protein C11orf68. C11orf68 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the C11orf68 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
