Anti-LOH12CR1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the LOH12CR1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the BORCS5 gene, which encodes BLOC-1 related complex subunit 5. The human version of LOH12CR1 has a canonical amino acid length of 196 residues and a protein mass of 22.2 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the lysosomes of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. LOH12CR1 is a member of the BORCS5 protein family.
