Anti-RANBP3L antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein RAN binding protein 3 like. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 465 amino acid residues and a mass of 52.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. RANBP3L is known to be involved with the differentiation of certain cell types. RANBP3L gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunohistochemistry is the most common application for the RANBP3L antibodies listed below. ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
