MCPT4 antibodies are immunological tools used to detect the protein, mast cell protease 4, which is found mainly in mice and rats. Similar in activity to the enzyme chymotrypsin, MCPT4 hydrolyzes amide bonds between tyrosine and phenylalanine. It plays a role in the regulation of thrombin and fibronectin processing and its activity can be inhibited by serine-protease inhibitors. MCPT4 antibodies can be used in immunohistochemistry, Western blotting and ELISA kits. Visit the supplier page to know more about reactivity, conjugate/tag, and clonality.
