Anti-Integrin-linked kinase antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene ILK in humans. The integrin-linked kinase protein has an expected mass of 51.4 kDa, but there are 3 reported isoforms. The protein may also be known as HEL-S-28, ILK-1, ILK-2, P59, integrin-linked protein kinase, and 59 kDa serine/threonine-protein kinase. Variants of this antigen may also be found in other species, including fly, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat.
