Anti-SIRPD antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein signal regulatory protein delta. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 197 amino acid residues and a mass of 21.7 kDa. It has been described to be a secreted protein. It is notably expressed in the testis. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include SIRP-delta and protein tyrosine phosphatase, non-receptor type substrate 1-like 2. ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunocytochemistry are common applications for SIRPD antibodies.
