Anti-F-box protein 24 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the FBXO24 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 580 amino acid residues and a mass of 64.9 kDa. Alternative splicing is reported to yield 4 different isoforms for this protein. The F-box protein 24 protein is involved with protein ubiquitination, among other functions. Other names for this target antigen include F-box only protein 24, F-box protein Fbx24, and FBX24.
