Anti-ZNF576 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 576. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 170 amino acid residues and a mass of 18.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF576 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF576 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for ZNF576 antibodies.
