Anti-RASSF4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein Ras association domain family member 4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 321 amino acid residues and a mass of 36.7 kDa. Up to 4 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is widely expressed across many tissue types. RASSF4 is believed to function as a tumor suppressor. Synonyms for this target antigen include Ras association (RalGDS/AF-6) domain family 4, Ras association (RalGDS/AF-6) domain family member 4, Ras association domain family 4, and ras association domain-containing protein 4. RASSF4 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Some RASSF4 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
