Anti-SLC25A41 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein solute carrier family 25 member 41. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 370 amino acid residues and a mass of 40.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the mitochondria. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the Mitochondrial carrier (TC 2.A.29) protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include SCaMC-3-like, mitochondrial ATP-Mg/Pi carrier protein SLC25A41, small calcium-binding mitochondrial carrier protein 3-like, and mitochondrial carrier protein SCaMC-3L. SLC25A41 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Immunohistochemistry is the most common application for the SLC25A41 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
