Anti-NRAMP1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target NRAMP1 is a known alias name of the protein solute carrier family 11 member 1, encoded by the SLC11A1 gene in humans. This 550-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cellular localization, among other biological processes. It is localized to the membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. Other synonyms for NRAMP1 include LSH and NRAMP. Indicated applications for NRAMP1 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
