The gene may also be known as RIPX, SINGAR1, ZFYVE30, protein RUFY3, and rap2 interacting protein x. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 53 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
