Anti-PRAGMIN antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The PRAGMIN antigen is another term for the human protein PEAK1 related, kinase-activating pseudokinase 1, encoded by the PRAG1 gene. The protein is known to function in cell migration and protein phosphorylation, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 1406 residues and a mass of 149.6 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm. The PRAGMIN protein is a member of the Protein kinase protein superfamily. Indicated applications for PRAGMIN antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
