There are over 90 anti-ADCY10 antibodies from over 10 different suppliers shown below. Choose from either monoclonal or polyclonal antibodies for a variety of applications, such as Western blot, ELISA, Flow Cytometry, IHC and immunofluorescence.
In humans, this target is encoded by the gene, adenylate cyclase 10 (ADCY10). Orthologs for ADCY10 have also been reported in other species, including mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee.
The canonical ADCY10 protein is 1610 amino acids in length, 187.1 kDa in mass, and has a nuclear, cytoplasmic, mitochondrial and membrane subcellular localization. It is a member of the Adenylyl cyclase class-4/guanylyl cyclase protein family. ADCY10 functions in ATPase binding and adenylate cyclase activity, as well as having a role in signal transduction. Tissue-specific expression of ADCY10 has been observed in several tissues, including brain, kidney, liver, heart, lung, testis, skeletal muscle and placenta. Post-translational modifications have been described, notably proteolytic cleavage.
Synonyms for this protein include: HCA2; HEL-S-7a; SAC; SACI; Sacy; hsAC; adenylate cyclase type 10; 3',5'-cyclic AMP synthetase; AH-related protein.
