Anti-Neuronal differentiation 6 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene NEUROD6 in humans. The gene may also be known as neurogenic differentiation 6, Nex, MATH2, NEX1M, neurogenic differentiation factor 6, and Atoh2. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 38.7 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
