Anti-ZNRD2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc ribbon domain containing 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 199 amino acid residues and a mass of 21.5 kDa. ZNRD2 is known to be involved with the cell cycle. Synonyms for this target antigen include p27, protein ZNRD2, Sjogren syndrome/scleroderma autoantigen 1, Sjogren's syndrome/scleroderma autoantigen 1, autoantigen p27, and SSSCA1. ZNRD2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species.
