Anti-MTMR11 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein myotubularin related protein 11. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 709 amino acid residues and a mass of 79.5 kDa. Up to 6 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to be expressed in bone marrow, spleen and thymus. It is a member of the Protein-tyrosine phosphatase protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include cisplatin resistance associated, cisplatin resistance-associated protein, hCRA, inactive phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphatase 11, and CRA. MTMR11 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunocytochemistry is the most common application for the MTMR11 antibodies listed below. Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
