Anti-ORAI3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ORAI calcium release-activated calcium modulator 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 295 amino acid residues and a mass of 31.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is reported to be expressed in both naive and effector T helper cells with higher levels in effector cells. It is a member of the Orai protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include protein orai-3 and transmembrane protein 142C. ORAI3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. A number of ORAI3 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
