Anti-ZNF182 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 182. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 639 amino acid residues and a mass of 73.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF182 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. Synonyms for this target antigen include KOX14, ZNF21, Zfp182, zinc finger protein 21 (KOX 14), zinc finger protein KOX14, and HHZ150. ZNF182 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. These ZNF182 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
