Anti-HDGF2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target HDGF2 is a known alias name of the protein HDGF like 3, encoded by the HDGFL3 gene in humans. This 203-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in chromatin remodeling and neuronal development, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed in the testis, heart, spinal cord and brain.
