Anti-NUDCD3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein NudC domain containing 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 361 amino acid residues and a mass of 40.8 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. NUDCD3 is known to be involved with cilium assembly and protein folding. Synonyms for this target antigen include nudC domain-containing protein 3, NudC-like protein, and NudCL. NUDCD3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some NUDCD3 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
