Anti-INTS10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein integrator complex subunit 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 710 amino acid residues and a mass of 82.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the Integrator subunit 10 protein family, INTS10 is a known component of the Integrator (INT) complex, a complex involved in the small nuclear RNAs (snRNA) U1 and U2 transcription and in their 3'-box-dependent processing. Synonyms for this target antigen include C8orf35 and INT10. INTS10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of INTS10 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
