Anti-INO80E antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein INO80 complex subunit E. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 244 amino acid residues and a mass of 26.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. INO80E is believed to be a regulatory component of the chromatin remodeling INO80 complex which is involved in transcriptional regulation, DNA replication and probably DNA repair. Synonyms for this target antigen include coiled-coil domain containing 95 and coiled-coil domain-containing protein 95. INO80E gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Some INO80E antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Immunocytochemistry is a widely used application for these antibodies. Western Blot and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
