Anti-CYP20A1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein cytochrome P450 family 20 subfamily A member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 462 amino acid residues and a mass of 52.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the Cytochrome P450 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include cytochrome P450 monooxygenase, cytochrome P450, family 20, subfamily A, polypeptide 1, and cytochrome P450 20A1. CYP20A1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the CYP20A1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
