Anti-Interleukin 21 receptor antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene IL21R in humans. The gene may also be known as CD360, IMD56, NILR, IL-21 receptor, and novel interleukin receptor. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 59.1 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
