Anti-NLRP13 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein NLR family pyrin domain containing 13. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1043 amino acid residues and a mass of 118.9 kDa. A member of the NLRP protein family, NLRP13 is known to be involved in inflammation. Synonyms for this target antigen include NACHT, LRR and PYD containing protein 13, NACHT, leucine rich repeat and PYD containing 13, nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain protein 14, and NACHT, LRR and PYD domains-containing protein 13. NLRP13 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Immunocytochemistry is the most common application for the NLRP13 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
